Apartment in the greenest, brightest and true area of Venice, whose restoration was completed in August 2017, respecting the Venetian tradition combining luxury and design 70s / 80s (Cassina, Vasco, Flos, Artemide, Foscarini, Castiglioni and Carlo Scarpa) without neglecting all the latest comforts. On the second floor of a historic building in Campo Ruga, in Castello, at the exit of the Biennale (Giardino delle Vergini), close to St. Peter's Basilica, 15 minutes from St. Mark's Square.
The space
Light is the distinctive element of this elegant apartment, located between a field and a field with open views, with six large windows and a beautiful light well that plunges at all times in warm colors and enveloping.
The apartment consists of an entrance compass, a kitchen complete with dishwasher, a living room, a bedroom, an ante-bathroom and a bathroom with window. All windows are also equipped with mosquito nets. All is designed to make your stay unforgettable for two people, all air-conditioned Daikin Emura top.
Guest access
The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building in Castello. It is necessary to climb 3 small flights of steps to reach it. However, it is not suitable for children and disabled people with motor difficulties.

Easy to reach:
-from Venice Marco Polo International Airport via Alilaguna Blue Line motorboat you arrive in 70 minutes of navigation at the "Arsenale" stop, where you go down and in 10 minutes walking you reach Campo Ruga 141 or Calle Volto Ruga Vecchia 141
-From Piazzale Roma (Pontile E) you can take either the Vaporetto 6 or 4.1 or 5.1 lines and after 18 minutes get off at the "Biennale" stop and in 10 minutes walk you reach Campo Ruga 141 or Calle Volto Ruga Vecchia 14.
-From Santa Lucia Railway Station, from the "Ferrovia" pier take the vaporetto line 1, get off at the "Giardini" stop and from there in 8 minutes (700 meters) you can reach Campo Ruga 141 or Calle Volto Ruga Vecchia 141, passing through some of the most evocative places in Venice.
-From airport "Canova" Treviso you Can take atvo bus line number 351 directly to Venezia piazzale roma.
Perfect position to reach Lido di Venezia e le isole di Burano, Murano e Torcello by waterbus. In 15 minutes by feet you arrive in San Marco square.

Neighbourhood
The Castello district manages to combine the beauty of the truest and most authentic Venice with wide spaces rich in greenery, with a multitude of small shops, clubs and restaurants in the true Venetian tradition, alternating with numerous art galleries and picturesque views. The apartment remains central, close to San Marco, but away from the crowds of daily tourists. All this in complete safety, at any time of day or night, in fact, you can walk safely in calli illuminated even during the night. The supermarket overlooks the same Campo Ruga, the pharmacy is 3 minutes walk, on Via Garibaldi.
