Our apartment is bright and light and is situated in the centre of the pedestrian old town of Antibes.

Antibes is a cosmopolitan largely pedestrian town inside the walls. The town welcomes tourists and sailors and yet is truly French in its feel.
The Cap d'Antibes has some of the world's most beautiful coastline, positioned between Cannes and Nice. There are many wild beaches and charming bays for swimming in Summer. You can walk past mansions where F. Scott Fitzgerald, Guy de Maupassant, Pablo Picasso and other greats lived, choosing Antibes for its beauty and artistic lure.
You can sip a cocktail at the Eden Roc hotel or rub shoulders with the famous at the Cannes festivals. Drive 20 minutes away and you are at St Paul de Vence, the town where so many artists and writers gathered. Another 20 minutes will take you to Grasse, the home of many famous perfumeries. This link will show you the activities year round. https://www.antibesjuanlespins.com/en
There are too many museums, galleries, hilltop towns and astounding drives to mountain tops and remote beaches to list here and you definitely will not run out of places to visit.
The best way to discover Antibes is on foot or by bike. Or take the bus which stops all over town (10 € a week). In the evening there are plenty of taxis – and reduced fares for students.
Antibes is at 9 km from Cannes, 14 km from Nice airport and one hour from Saint Tropez. It is quick to get to Paris: 80 minutes by plane and five and a half hours by high-speed train (TGV). Every half hour there are trains to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. The train to Italy is an hour and fifteen minutes.
In Antibes you’re right on the French Riviera, in a human-sized town, just a few minutes’ walk from Juan les Pins. Nice, Cannes and the airport are nearby.
