General overview
Lovely family home, close to all amenities. Ample parking and the swap room is on the ground floor.
The space
Our home is on a quiet residential street. It has 5 bedrooms but we prefer to swap just 1. There is a large lounge with an open fire and a large open plan kitchen diner with all mod cons. The bedroom available for swapping has a small double bed and it's own wet room next door. There is a garden with a large patio area.

Berkhamsted is an old market town. We have everything you need here within walking distance. There are several pubs and restaurants and plenty of shops. We have the most beautiful restored art deco cinema.
Getting around
You can walk round town or take the train to London or elsewhere. But a car would be useful.
