General overview
Our cozy home is in the heart of town, yet is still very peaceful.
We are located adjacent to a golf course. superb tennis courts and children's playground.
You will enjoy the short stroll to some fabulous restaurants, brewery, woodfired pizza/bakery and beautiful boutiques or enjoy the food trucks down at the marina park.
If you love nature and gardens you will love the wooded trails through MacLaing park that lead you to the shoreline where you can follow it to the exquisite Filberg Gardens. Filberg Park often host festivals, community events and other entertainment throughout the year
Mount Washington alpine resort (which has an impressive 55 km of cross-country ski trails), as well as snow showing, downhill skiing in the winter and ziplining and mountain biking in the summer is just a 40 minute drive away.
The space
You will love the bright, open floor plan. The stone fire place in a cozy sitting area to curl up with a good book while looking out the large bay windows at the abundance of birds.
The well equipped kitchen is a delight to prepare meals in while visiting your guest or enjoying the mountain view.
The soaker tub and heated floors in the bathroom ore a treat to come home to.
My husband spent many hours crafting our beautiful cedar deck with a large table for you to enjoy the outdoors.
The lush vegetation around the yard offers some lovely privacy

There is a set of outside stairs to enter the main level of the house.

Getting to my home
Airport is 10 minutes away. There are direct flights from Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary.
To get to Vancouver Island you would hop a board a BC ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo, and then Comox is less then 100 km North of Nanaimo.
Nearest airport
The Comox Valley airport is 3.5 Kms away or a 10 minute drive.
Getting around
It is with in easy walking distance to almost all your needs.
Mount Washington is a 28 km drive, there is also a shuttle bus that picks you up in Comox 2 km from our house. Cumberland with it's renowned forest mountain biking is 10 Km away
