Our home is a 5-minute walk to the Leblon beach in Rio de Janeiro, and 3 minutes from the closest subway station. Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, one of the most beautiful natural places in the city, is 750m away (10 minutes on foot). It is a cute and cozy 2-bedroom, with 1.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We lived there for many years before coming to the US and we loved it!
The apartment is on the first floor of a nice building, with a concierge during the day, and it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs to reach it. It was recently renovated, has WiFi, Apple TV, full kitchen, microwave and washing machine, air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms and has an excellent market next door.

Hello! I'm a PhD student currently living in Boston-MA and looking for a place in Paris for the summer for my partner and I. I have a cute apartment in Rio de Janeiro, 5 minutes from the beach, that am hoping to exchange!
