General overview
Our house is a part of an old farm. It is a 5 minutes walking distance of the Annecy Lake. You can leave directly from our home to go and have a swim or a cycling tour. Beautiful Annecy old city is at 10 minutes by car (without the summer traffic we have not experienced yet) or 20 minutes in bicycle.
The space
The entry is within the "garage" no space to park a vehicle here since there is the laundry machines and bicycles.
At the first floor there is:
1 room with a queen size bed.
1 room with a children bed ( until 7 years old)
1 bathroom
1 toilet
1 kitchen + dining room
At the second floor there is:
1 room with a double bed and many kids games.
1 bathroom
1 toilet
1 living room
1 small office or workplace
There is an attic at the 3rd floor that is closed most of the time (can be opened)
Guest access
The access/entry is via a garage door and then there are stairs to go to the first floor and second floor.
Notes
There is a small garden but it is a few meters away from the house. We have not found the good way to use it but kids are using it to play football !

Getting around
We have a bakery and a petrol station 5 minutes walking distance from the house. For other shopping a car is needed since public transportation is not very developed in Sevrier. Supermarket is 10/20 minutes drive. Hiking, paragliding and other lake and mountain activities are between 5 minutes walk and 1 hour drive.

Member description
Since I am 10 years old, I ask my parents to go on vacation abroad on myself to learn and experience cultural diversity.
I have spend a part of my studies in Australia.
When I met my husband, we left to live and work in Argentina for 2 years.
We have 3 lovely kids, and our last daughter is now 3 years old we would like to share the traveling experience with our children.
