General overview
Our newly built fully equipped self contained bungalow annex is situated a few minutes walk from an all year round dog friendly beach in a quiet village with a few dog friendly bars/eateries nearby. A few miles along the coast from the seaside town of Weston-Super-Mare with it’s many dog friendly pubs, restaurants, cafes and it’s many amenities and events. Safe, secure garden with some great walks nearby. The annex is currently a holiday Let attached to our holiday home which is under renovation.

Neighbourhood
Our bungalow is situated in a tranquil setting in rural countryside by the beach and less than 10 minutes drive from Junction 21 of the M5. Unspoilt Sand Bay is often referred to as Weston-Super-Mares hidden gem as there are only a few miles on the coastal road between the two areas. As well as the many shops, restaurants and cafes in WSM, all the major supermarkets and the railway station are within a 5-mile radius of the bungalow.
Nearest airport
Bristol Airport, 14 miles away
Getting around
A regular bus service runs between Sand Bay and WSM. The main terminus is at the end of Sand Road opposite the beach, a few minutes walk from the bungalow. Usually the rear half of the upper deck has an open top so that you can enjoy the views of the bay. The train station in WSM is in the town centre and the bus from Sand Bay stops nearby. Bristol Airport is only 14 miles away.

Carol
We are a retired couple and have made a few successful swaps so far. We would consider anywhere in the UK and if we could bring our well behaved Cavvie, even better. Overseas swap would be the 2 of us without the dog.
