General overview
We live in a 2 floor terrace house in a children friendly area with plenty of playing grounds.
The house has 3 bedrooms + one extra room with a sofa bed and bathroom with shower and bath tub upstairs, downstairs we have an open planned living space, toilet and laundry room.
There are garden areas in the front and back of the house, meaning we can enjoy both the morning and evening sun.

Inside we have an open planned entrance floor with a newly renovated kitchen, large living area with tv and Apple TV, dining area facing the back garden and a toilet+laundry room.
Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and balcony.
One with a double bed, 2 child rooms, 1 spare room with a smaller sofa bed, tv , gaming and Apple TV.

We live at the west coast of Sweden, close to the seaside and the city of Gothenburg.
A 1,5 km walk away is where we enjoy our nearest sand beach. It’s small and children friendly with cafes, crab fishing and nice environment.
Just as near is beautiful nature and walks, cliff baths and the Fiskebäck harbour.
In cycling distance you will find plenty of nice spots by the sea, and also the availability of taking a ferry out to the Gothenburg archipelago.
If you fancy the city life, our home is located about 10 minutes with car to the nicest part of Gothenburg (Haga/ Linneplatsen/ Slottskogen.
The busses run conveniently close by to all the best spots of Gothenburg.
During winter time there is lot´s to do in the neighbourhood, apart from pond ice-skating and sledging, there are plenty of museums and indoor activities for adults and children.
Nearest airport
Landvetter airport is the closest airport, about 30 minutes drive from our house. By bus from the airport, it will take about 1 hour to our house.
Getting around
The location of the house is ideal for anyone who wants to discover both the nature of the west coast as well as the city of Gothenburg.
We have bikes for loan by which one can reach both the seaside and the city center.
By car the city of Gotherburg is about 10-15 minutes away.
The bus goes near to the house and our bus has stops at the best spots in town.
