General overview

The house is a modern (built in 2014), semi-detached, 125 square meters (~1350 square feet) 2 storey building with its own garden. We have 4 bedrooms (one of them is also a playroom for kids on the ground floor), a spacious, open kitchen, dining and living room area with direct exit to the roofed back terrace (15 square meters equipped with table + 8 chairs) and the garden. The kids can play with our own playground and trampoline, but you’ll also find a tiny vegetable garden where you can harvest some fresh organic tomatoes, raspberries and strawberries every morning. We have 2 adult bikes and 2 for kids (3-5 years old). The smaller ground floor bathroom has a shower, and the main one upstairs has a bathtub (+washing machine and a dryer). We have a huge smart TV with Netflix, WiFi, which you can enjoy from the cozy leather reclining sofa + armchairs. The living room and the South facing bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned. The house is equipped with a solar system. Car exchange is preferred, or free parking is available in the front yard.

Monika

We are a couple in their thirties (Andras and Monika) and we work for the same energy consultant company. We have a 3-year-old daughter and a 5-year-old son (ages added in 2021).
