General overview
Our home is centrally located, within beautiful Hervey Bay.We live in a coastal, friendly , easily accessible area. It is an easy 7 minute walk to the beach, shops and cafes. It is 2 storey, has a lovely airy feel, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable "home away from home experience".
The space
It is 2 storey, has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. It has a lovely big yard, vegies growing in back yard. A lovely verandah downstairs or balcony upstairs, if you'd like to relax in the sun . There is also a large swimming pool for your enjoyment.
Guest access
Our home has 2 floors. The 2nd floor is accessible either by internal stairway, or back door stairs. There is a side sliding glass door downstairs, for easy safe access to the home.

Neighbourhood
There is of course our lovely coast with many sandy beaches. Great walkways next to and near the beach. Right along the coast we have many beautiful and relaxing bbq areas. Cafes, restaurants, gift and icecream parlours. There are water sports and hire of jetskis etc, available.There is a huge focus on the whale watching season from July through till end of October.
Getting to my home
If you'd like to arrive via air, we have our own Hervey Bay Airport. Or you can fly to Brisbane, and drive the 4 hour drive from there to Hervey Bay, mostly via the Bruce Highway. There is a tilt train ,that you can enquire about through Queensland Rail, that leaves from Roma Street station in Brisbane. It travels most days, and take about 6 hours.
Nearest airport
Hervey Bay Airport is a 7 minute drive from our home. Drive down Elizabeth Drive , turn left onto Boundary Rd, then right onto Denman Camp Road, then a left onto Hillcrest Avenue.
Getting around
We are 7 minutes walk from shops, beach etc. There are free buses that will take you to the RSL or the Boat Club for meals or entertainment.There are bike paths that run right through , taxis and a public bus system .
