My apartment is part of a converted single family home, with one neighbor upstairs and 3 separate apartments in the back area. I live in Pasadena, which is very close to Los Angeles (it's part of LA County). I live near the mountains, so there are plenty of great hikes that are a short drive from my home. My place is a short walk to many bars & restaurants. I love my location as it has everything that you would want right at your fingertips!

My place is fairly large for Los Angeles apartment standards. I have a spacious kitchen with tons of cooking equipment. There are two bedrooms, with one serving as the sleeping area and the other serving as an office space. I have a cozy living room with multiple seating options and a nice TV (along with plenty of books and board games!). My dining room has a wonderful, large dining table that can accommodate 8 people, along with a state of the art stereo system (complete w/ record player and multiple records to choose from). As there is only 1 real sleeping area, I would recommend that only 2-3 guests stay in my home at one time (two would be able to sleep in the bed & one person could be on the couch).

Burbank Airport; 15-20 minute drive. 1 hour from LAX.

My apartment is very close to multiple restaurants, bars, and supermarkets - all within walking distance! It's also within walking distance of the LA Metro Gold Line, which is one of our public transportation routes. If you plan on renting a car, the apt is near one of best (aka least congested!) highways.
