Beautiful 3 Bedroom Pool Villa in Private Garden, within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and bars (10 minutes by car to the local beach).
Der Raum
The Villa is spacious, private and quiet with a beautiful pool which is used year round. The Villa has three double bedrooms, all on the ground floor; all are en-suite. There is a spacious kitchen and dining area inside the house which opens onto the newly extended outdoor kitchen, dining and seating area. Upstairs there is a large television lounge which opens onto a shaded balcony.
Gastzugang
The Villa is on two floors. There is a staircase leading to the upstairs lounge and television area. There is a step down into the kitchen which gives access to the whole Villa.
We have an artists studio overlooking the pool which will not be available to guests.
Anmerkungen
The temperature in Phuket is around 32 degrees year round. We have a dry season which stretches from November to April and a wet season which stretches from April to November. Phuket is humid all year round. The Villa has its own well for water. This water is not suitable for drinking so we have a drinking water supplier.

Naiharn Beach is a 10 minute drive and is one of the most beautiful beaches on Phuket. Other beaches within easy reach are Yanui Beach and Ao Sane Beach - both have excellent snorkeling. Local shops, restaurants and bars are within a 5 minute walk. The larger stores like Tesco, Makro and Villa Market are a 15 minute drive away. Phuket Old Town is a 30 minute drive away as is Patong.

Flights land in Phuket from destinations all over the world. From the airport our villa is approximately a one and a half hour drive, depending on traffic. There are taxis or car hire available from the airport.

Rumkommen
We are willing to car swap as this makes travel much simpler. We have two bicycles which guests may use. There are local taxis (we will leave telephone numbers). It is possible to hire scooters locally if required. Local shops, restaurants and bars are a 5 minute walk.
