Our modern 50 square luxurious waterfront home is situated in Pelican Waters Estate, an upmarket area of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast of Queenland

The home has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, a formal lounge and dining area, a large media room/come study, a rumpus room which is open plan to the new kitchen with all modern appliances . A large storage come pantry area opens out from the kitchen area.
The media rooms, formal areas and rumpus room all open out with sliding doors onto the covered alfresco area
The home has four bedrooms one of which is used a a working craft and sewing room..Both the media and rumpus room have 60 inch TVs
The two bedrooms downstairs have queen beds and built in wordrobes.. Both have adjacent bathrooms one with a bath and another with a separate toilet.. Upstairs is a landing and large en-suite main bedroom which opens out onto a covered verandah with views over the main canal..A king bed is pat of the main bedroom with a large spa , double vanities, separate toilet, shower and separate mirrrored doors walk in dressing room.
The home is painted in neutral colours throughout with quality carpet in the bedrooms and cream tiles through out the rest of the home.

The home is two storied with the large main bedroom and landing up stairs. Guest access is predominantly through the garage.

We are experienced home exchange traveller and love the concept. Our preference in home exchanges is for homes of similar standard to our own near or on the water, in country areas but not mountainous areas. We definitely prefer travelling during warmer months and are not into cold climates nor winter activities. We are healthy and active mid 70 year old who enjoy socialising and meeting people from other parts of the world and different cultures.
