Gesamtübersicht

Our house has a lot of room and can be set up for young families. The kids have their own toy room and a backyard to keep themselves entertained. We love the accessibility to the city through various modes of nearby transport. We are minutes walk to nearby train station, buses and ferries which take you straight into opera house and harbour bridge. Nestled in a quite suburban area surrounded by kid friendly water parks and bike tracks, experience Sydney like a local without compromising on being too far from the city. Our neighbourhood is safe, with friendly neighbours and close to activities like childrens parks, river walkway and sunday markets.

Der Raum

We have 4 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms - 2 king beds, a double and a kids single. Both king bedrooms are equipped with their own ensuite. There is a study room, a kids toy room and 2 living areas. High chair available and a pram and cot can be arranged if requested. Large backyard with patio, BBQ, fire place and veggie and herb garden. We also have bikes available for the guests to enjoy. 3 tvs linked to cable- Disney and Netflix so always something to keep everyone entertained.

2 storey with stairs to get into house. unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.

Anmerkungen

This is our primary place of residence which we love and enjoy. We have 2 very well mannered children who are very respectful of our house, and will be of yours too!

Nachbarschaft

Parks, pubs, restaurants, shops, weekend markets, riverside walk. There are lovely sunday markets every fortnight, 20 mins stroll through a park following the river takes you to live music, good food and beautiful stalls! A 5 minute drive to nearby Eastwood takes you to the heart of Sydney’s asian community. There you will find all types of Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, Taiwanese, shanghainese restaurants and groceries if you want to take your tastebuds to Asia.

Sydney airport is 45 mins away, either by taxi or train which can take you to the closest train station. It is then a 10 min walk to the house. If you have kids and multiple bags I would suggest hire car or taxi. Approx 45 mins by car, $90 uber ride

Two of Australia’s largest grocery stores Coles and woolworths are 10 mins walk. There are convenience stores 5 mins walk away and 24hr McDonald’s 2 streets up. Public Transport via nearest train station 30 mins into heart of city, buses on Victoria road or meadowbank and ferry into the CBD.
