We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac, neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, beaches, hiking trails and all of the wonderful offerings of San Diego county. Our home is a completely renovated four-bedroom, three baths, two-story California home. We have a beautiful garden and views of the mountains. Plentiful outdoor areas to relax and take in the views and peace and quiet of the surroundings. We even have a turtle pond! Completely upgraded top to bottom, with AC!
* We moved to our new home in late July 2022 and are still in the decorating stage. Slight changes (in a good way) may occur before your stay. We have yet to get our master bedroom furniture in, hense no pics but should be good by the time we welcome guests.
Der Raum
Wide open main living space on the first floor with a bedroom (queen), one bathroom with shower, the kitchen, sitting space, and living space. The downstairs opens up to a patio with a lounge area and attached dining space with views of the garden and mountains. Upstairs you will find a total of three bedrooms, two king bedrooms (including one ensuite with an outdoor balcony) and one full (child) room.
Gastzugang
Full access to our home, the garage is unable to house a car as it holds our camping trailer.
Anmerkungen
We have an enclosed turtle pond in the backyard with several turtles. We ask you to feed them during your stay (very easy, just a handful of turtle pellets that will be provided).

We live in a residential neighborhood, perched up on a hill with canyons behind us so you have a wonderful breeze and view. We are in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, the neighbors are all really amazing. We are 4 miles to some of the best beaches on the west coast. Encinitas is an unbelievably cool community of artists, surfers, and all around chill people who enjoy the sun and being kind to one and other. If you decide to come visit us, we ask you give them the same respect and enjoy the positive vibes it has to offer.
