Gesamtübersicht

We have a house in Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Location: 15-20 min from the main airport SJO - going towards the mountains. Touristy areas around: 🇨🇷Poas Volcano (40 min away), 🇨🇷La Paz Waterfall gardens, 🇨🇷Hacienda Alsacia Starbucks, 🇨🇷Bosques de Fraijanes, 🇨🇷Bajos del toro (hour and half) and many more waterfalls around that area. (This area is gorgeous please google it) 🇨🇷Barva Volcano an hour away. 🇨🇷Rainforest Adventure Braulio Carillo one hour and half. 🇨🇷Jaco beach is an hour and half away as well as Puntarenas. 🇨🇷Manuel Antonio national park is 2 hours and half away. 🌋La Fortuna, San Carlos (Arenal volcano 🌋- Hot springs) 2 hours and half away. 🇨🇷Guanacaste is pretty far as well as Limón (carribean side). 4hours + 🇨🇷 Monteverde 2hours and half away. There is malls around, one of my favorites is called Oxígeno located in Heredia as well as City mall in Alajuela although no one really comes shopping 😆. 🚗Car is definitely needed to get around, we do a lot of day trips, leave early morning then drive back home. Roads are pretty safe to drive at night. Views are breathtaking since we are in the mountains. I work from home so we have high speed Internet. 🏠About our home: 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower), small office attached to the main bedroom, king bed in one of the rooms, queen in the other and a twin one in the last bedroom. We have a small terrace attached to the house. We also have a treadmill in the main bedroom. No AC but it gets pretty cool at night plus the rooms have big windows and ceiling fans. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦: About our family: 5 year old daughter, 2 month old baby, my husband and myself. My husband is from the US and my kids, I am Costarican, although we all have dual citizenship. Also Massachusetts for the month of January. For the month of February we would be in Orlando so if anyone is interested in a house swap around that area it would be awesome. March we would be interested in anywhere that has snow ⛄️. But open to pretty much anything for the near future 🔆 ✅It does not need to be a simultaneous stay since we have another place to stay at. 🔆We don’t need a big house/place, we are not picky at all as long as it is a safe neighborhood we can stay in a room specially because the goal is to do tons of sightseeing💤. We can video chat so you can meet our family and our home. We have worked very hard to own a home so believe me we will take good care of your home ❤️ PS: We do have a dog but we have family that would watch her so no need to pet sit but happy to do so if your family has pets.
