Located on 3 acres of land with large manicured yard.   Very private setting on a dirt road with few neighbors. Large home with 5,600 sq ft of living space. Hardwood floors on main level and carpet on top and bottom level.  Bright, open floor plan with neutral decor.

4 Large bedrooms with 3 full baths and 2 half baths.  Very large gourmet kitchen that seats 10.  3 levels with all bedrooms located upstairs.  Bottom floor has movie theater, weight room, pool table and small second kitchen.  Living room has wall to wall 18 foot tall windows to flood 1st and 2nd floor with natural night and wide open views of forest. Living room is relaxed with central placement of massive soapstone fireplace for 24 hour radiant heat on winter nights.  The overall size of the living space is 5,600 sq ft.

Gastzugang

3 floors with 2 interior staircases. 2 front entries requiring 6 stairs to enter.  Back entry requires 3 stairs to enter.

Anmerkungen

We have 2 cats and 1 large dog.  So this house would be suitable for those that do not have pet allergies

This is a country home.  Each neighbor has about 2 to 5 acres of land.  About 30 homesteads on a dirt road that connects to paved roads.

The nearest major airport is the largest in the state and 50 miles away.  About a 1 hour drive.  Detroit metropolitan airport. DTW

Rumkommen

The town is 6 miles away and is a small walkable country town with around 30,000 residents.  Very good and diverse restaurants.  Larger store shopping is 3 miles away.  Many parks, 2 golf courses located 1 mile away, and a swimming beach 6 miles away.  There r no bike routes so best to drive.

We are a family of 4.  Husband, wife and 2 college age children.  We enjoy travel that involves the great outdoors and constant movement.  Now we have more time for travel and adventure and plan to travel much more in the upcoming years!
