My house is at a park in Zeewolde, where there is an ( outdoor and not heated) swimmingpool and tennis court. It’s about 15 min from the little town of Zeewolde that has a little beach area and ofcourse supermarkets and shops. Lots of restaurants too. Zeewolde is at the hart of Holland and like 45 min from Amsterdam!
Der Raum
The living room is quit spacious and a half open kitchen fully equipped with all you need an cable tv( no smart tv) with Netflix. The garden is just great to play in and for kids there is a trampoline and a little slide and the swimming pool and tenniscourts are just a few minutes walk.
Downstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a double bed.
In utility room there is a washing machine and dryer and bedlinnens and towels.
Upstairs are 5 bedrooms with comfy single beds but you can put them tigger if necessary. Also main bathroom with second toilet and shower and bath.

As I rent out my house there is a keysafe . There is a parking space at my house and there is also a big parking place at the park.

From the park you walk just into the woods for a hike or biking to the city and near the city is a little beach as well.
Public transport is there but not really an option so you will be in need of a car.
